John's culinary career began early in his mother's kitchen, cooking Italian classics like braciole and fresh pasta. His foundation of traditional Italian food and subsequent experience in kitchens serving up American classics, Mediterranean meze & traditional New England clambakes has culminated to a diverse culinary repertoire to please all palates.

In addition to diverse cuisine, his mission to accommodate restrictions & allergies starts at home with regular recipe testing of gluten free pasta & vegan meals with his girlfriend
